Wacky Wednesday

Me, the girls and Amanda went swimming at Palos Pool today.
It was Wacky Wednesday and they had games for the kids. All the games were Pirate themed. They played walk the plank, pin the flag on the pirate ship, Frisbee toss and played with balls on the parachute. The kids had a great time playing the games and swimming in the kid pool.
Abbie is doing great swimming. She can swim all on her own with the swimmies. She is all over the pool. She is jumping off the edge of the pool into your arms and even going under water! We will have to bring Aunt Brittany when she gets home to show her.
Kylie is still not sure about it. She is ok if she can touch the bottom, but would rather walk then try to swim. However, in the 18 inch deep kid pool, she was "swimming" all over!
We ended the day with some ice cream from Cold Stone. Yummy!!
It was a perfect weather day. It was about 80' and breezy.
